Q: We already have measurements and a drawing package. Can you give us a new

quote based on those drawings?

A: Absolutely! We can provide a quick, no-hassle estimate based on your existing

drawings. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the initial quote, we’ll move forward with

detailed production drawings and 3D renderings to confirm every detail before work begins.

Q: Home Depot and other big box stores usually require full payment up front, which can be

risky if we’re not happy with the final product. Do we have to pay 100% in advance with

Connolly Custom?

A: Not at all. At Connolly Custom, we do things differently to protect your investment and give

you peace of mind.

Here’s how our process works:

• 50% Deposit: After you approve your quote, we ask for a 50% down payment to

purchase your project materials and lock in your delivery or installation window. (And

yes, we install our own products!)

• Sales Tax Savings: Because our shop is located outside city limits, your project is billed

at a lower tax rate of about 3.7%, compared to 8.05% within the city. That difference

can add up to hundreds or thousands of dollars in savings, depending on your project

size.

• Transparent Invoicing: You’ll receive a detailed receipt showing your total estimate,

deposit, and applicable tax rate. If you make changes along the way—adding or

removing cabinets or features—your final invoice will simply reflect those updates.

• Final Payment: Most projects don’t end up being an exact 50/50 split, but you’ll always

know where every dollar goes before the final invoice is due.
